Master Schoenbrun has been an association executive for more than 30 years.  Since 1996, she has served as Executive Director and CEO of the American Academy of Optometry. 

She challenges the way we think about the ordinary, and works with staffs and boards to create mechanisms for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
